Below is a list of plug-ins that you may need to download and install on your computer in order to access and open certain files on our website. The plug-ins are from external websites and are available for download at no charge.


Adobe® Reader®

Use Adobe Reader to view, search, digitally sign, verify, print, and collaborate on Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files.

Download the Acrobat Reader free from the Adobe Website.


Microsoft® Word Viewer

If your computer does not run Microsoft Word, Microsoft Word Viewer is required to read files with the following extensions:

  • Word document files (.doc)
  • Rich Text Format (.rtf)
  • Text (.txt)

You cannot edit an open document, save a document, or create a new document using Microsoft Word Viewer. A commercial version of Microsoft Word, or a word processor that can open Microsoft Word files, is required to modify these files.

Microsoft® Excel Viewer

If your computer does not run Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Excel Viewer is required to read files with the "XLS" extension. With the Excel Viewer, you can open, view, and print Excel workbooks, even if you don't have Excel installed; however, you will not be able to edit data, save a workbook, or create a new workbook. A commercial version of Microsoft Excel is required to modify these files.

Microsoft® PowerPoint Viewer

If your computer does not run Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer is required to read files with the "PPT", "PPS", and "POT" extensions. PowerPoint Viewer lets you view full-featured presentations created in PowerPoint 97 and later versions. You can view and print presentations, but you cannot edit them in the PowerPoint Viewer. A commercial version of Microsoft PowerPoint is required to modify these files.

Windows® Media Player

Windows Media Player is used to access most sound and video files.
