New EHR Webinar on Proposed Meaningful Use Content and Comment Period

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Please join us for a one-hour webinar to learn more about the Proposed Meaningful Use Content and Comment Period for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). This will include the new proposed rules update from the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC), the latest Meaningful Use definitions, and information on the public comment period. This webinar will help the attendees understand Meaningful Use and prepare physicians to claim their (up to) $44,000 each for Medicare providers or (up to) $63,750 for qualifying Medicaid providers.

COURSE TOPICS:

  • Understand the steps to effectively adopt an EHR.
  • Learn how to properly prepare for your EHR implementation.
  • Gain a basic understanding of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and the HITECH component.
  • Learn the criteria for meaningful use and how it applies to your practice. 

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT:

The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence (CCME) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CREDIT DESIGNATION:
